There are really two warranties protecting your project:
- Workmanship warranty (our labor): IBBUILDERS backs every project with a 1-year workmanship warranty covering defects in our installation.
- Manufacturer warranties (your materials): roofing, windows, appliances, and more carry their own manufacturer coverage — often 25–50 years on items like roofing.
What warranties generally don't cover: normal wear and tear, misuse, or storm/disaster damage (that's what insurance is for). The most important thing: get your warranty in writing — a contractor who stands behind their work always will.
